ANY DOUBTS?
Total transparency. Here are the answers to the most common questions I get asked in the studio before starting a new project.
How does the custom tattoo design process work?
I never copy other people's work. During the consultation, I listen to your idea, examine the body area, and understand what works on you. Every design is made from scratch: no two are alike.
Does getting a tattoo hurt a lot?
It depends on the area. Most of my clients describe it as a manageable discomfort, like light scratches. With fine line, I have a particularly light hand, and the machines I use work with less pressure than standard ones: the session is often much more relaxed than expected.
What is the healing time and how should I take care of it?
About ten to fifteen days for superficial healing. At the end of the session, I apply a protective film and explain how to clean and moisturize the tattoo in the first few weeks: that is the phase that makes the difference between a bright black and a faded one.
Do fine line tattoos fade or spread over time?
If done well, no. Technique is everything: high-precision needles, correct pressure, controlled depth. A correctly executed fine line stays sharp for years. The problem of ink spreading almost always arises from an error in ink deposition.
Is scalp micropigmentation painful and how long does the effect last?
It is much less bothersome than a tattoo, practically painless for most people. The result is visible from the first session. The pigment I use is bio-absorbable: with one touch-up a year, everything stays perfect.
